The script seems to be taking blame for all external things. The script may do harm and needs to be clariifed and more specific. You are on the right track though. I would apologize to myself for permitting harmful things into my life which have created my problems and distortions of reality. When my behavior is manipulated or my brain is tricked I am hardly responsible, it is the harmful outside myself from others that is the problem. I will conquer my difficulties when I accept this reality, that I permit that which is outside myself to trick or misuse my brain and mind. Forgiving the self for lack of knowledge will set one on a course for greater intelligence. Forgiving oneself for the ills of the world sets one up for a burden one would want to avoid. It also sounds like you are trying to shut down emotionally. This is harmful to the self. It is ok to feel whatever one is feeling, these feelings may save your life. If one is feeling feelings that are the result of external sources, then one should apologize to the self for permitting that into one's brain and mind and seek to change whatever is causing the problem. Yes, I have been seeing this story plastered in all the media outlets and I just thought "here they go, tumbling down." I didn't think much more than that. I am in the course with Barbara Marx Hubbard called Agents for a Conscious Evolution and my focus is really on the new world that is emerging. Seeing the news only confirms that the "Old" is dying off, and a "New" world is being formed every minute. To watch the news last year, brought tears to my eyes and anger to my belly. I had to take a sabbatical from all this for quite some time. It is only now after having shifted my perspective on what is really happening that I watch the news with new eyes and more belly wisdom. I don't get angry anymore, I actually get excited when I see the "powers that be" exposed and humiliated. It's about time. The shadow government that you mentioned is like our own shadow. It wants to be exposed, come up for healing, so that we can be the free spirits we are. Let the shadow in all of us, do its thing, even if it brings death.
